Bright Futures Update

New for the class of 2021:

 Bright Futures Florida Medallion Scholarship (BFFMS) students enrolled in an associate degree program at a Florida College System (FCS) institution will receive 100 percent of tuition and specific fees. Upon completion, a student may transfer their award to another institution and receive 75 percent of tuition and specific fees.

Algebra 1 EOc Summer 2021 Testing

A passing score on the Algebra 1 EOC is a requirement for the graduating class of 2022.

I strongly suggest that students who have not met this requirement, include the summer administration in their plans.

The Algebra 1 EOC will be administered on the following dates:

July 22, 2021 ----   12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

July 23, 2021 ----    12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

July 26, 2021 ---      12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

dual enrollment information meetings - July 2021

Dual Enrollment is a challenging acceleration program for academically
talented students who wish to earn high school and college credit at the same time.

Benefits of the Dual Enrollment program:
 Reduce the average time-to-college degree
 Save money by taking college credit classes while in high school
 Increase the likelihood of college graduation
 Enhance academic performance
 Participate in career dual enrollment that will lead to an industry certification. Many industry certifications will articulate to college credit toward a degree.

Intended Audience: Twelfth Grade students who currently meet the requirements for the program.
Purpose: To register students in the dual enrollment, part-time, program at Pensacola State College or The University of West Florida. A part-time student is a student who is enrolled inclasses at BTW and PSC/UWF.
Date: Friday, July 23, 2021, and Monday, July 26, 2021 (In Person).
Time: 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. (both dates)

Location: Innovation Center
What to Bring: Chromebook, ACT/SAT Scores, and PERT.

Senior Dues - $20.00 Should be paid to Mrs. Kelley in Room 240. Dues cover Senior-only events during the year and senior end-of-year activities including, but not limited to: senior video, senior breakfast, senior-only events during the year at the Senior Café, senior honors and recognition at Honors Night and Graduation.
